How can I retrieve my User Code?
f you have forgotten your user code, you can request to obtain your user codes. In the portal login window, click on Forgot Username. Enter your communication email in the window and send the request. Check your inbox and junk folder, a message containing your user code(s) associated with this email will be received.
Otherwise, you can also contact your advisor or contact the MICA support team. Provide your email address that you used to create your account and the object of your request. The team will be able to help you with the portal authentication process afterwards.
How can I reset my password?
Click on Forgot password on the MICA login page. In the password reset window, select the format of your user code. It can be an email format or an alphanumeric format. Enter the user code corresponding to the format and click on Send reset password link. Check your inbox and junk folder and follow the instructions included in the email sent. During the reset process, the system will ask you to answer your security question. If you answer correctly, you will then be able to create a new password. How can I unlock my account?
If you make multiple mistakes during the authentication to the portal, your account could end up being locked by the system. An error message will be displayed to let you know your account is locked. You only have to wait one minute before any other access attempts. After that, you can try again. If you still cannot log in, you can follow the password reset procedure or contact the MICA support team.
I haven't set my security question
If you’ve never created a security question, you can still perform a password reset. The system will not ask you to answer the security question. However, we strongly recommend that you access your user account settings in order to define one. The security question is one of the best practices to improve the security of your information. If you need help, contact the MICA support team.
I forgot the answer to my security question
During the recovery process, the system will ask you to answer your security question. If you forgot your secret answer, contact MICA support team via email and they will be able to assist you in resetting your password.

Connecting to MICA
1. Open a web browser and go to
https://id.portailmica.com
2. Enter your email or user code then click Login.
If you’re seeing the error message “Failed to connect!”, either your email or user code and password don’t match with your account’s user settings or you might not have access authorisation. Please contact MICA support team.
Report a security issue
1. To report a security issue, contact MICA support team by clicking the link.
2. Enter “Reporting a potential security issue.” as the email object.
3. In your email, make sure to include the email address or user code you use to connect to the portal.
