TERMS OF USE FOR MICA CLIENT ACCESS

Access requests: Users hereby request access to Internet information on all accounts held with MICA Capital.

Lawful purposes: Users acknowledge that this service may be used only for lawful purposes.

Registration process

• Identification questions: When registering for client access, Users must provide at least three pieces of personal information to verify their identity.
• Valid email address: Users must enter their email address.
• Creation of a secure password: Users must create a password containing eight characters including at least one capital letter and one digit.
• Validation of your password: An automated email will be sent to Users to activate their account. To complete the account activation process, Users must click on “Activate my account” and will then be redirected to their MICA client access.
• Secure user code: Users must use the unique user code assigned to them. This code could be his email or a code consists of nine alphanumeric characters.
• Unsuccessful login attempts: After three failed login attempts, the account will be blocked. Users will be invited to change their password.

Change of password: Users wishing to change their password must first identify themselves using their personal information. A confirmation will be sent to their email address.

Information believed to be accurate: Users acknowledge that their representative and MICA Capital cannot be held liable, regardless of the cause or duration, for errors, inaccuracies, omissions or other defects in the information contained in Users’ access portals, for delays or interruptions in transmission, or for any claim or loss arising therefrom or thereby occasioned.

Interruption or termination of service: Users acknowledge that MICA Capital may, at any time, modify or discontinue any part or feature of the service, including content, hours of availability and equipment needed for access or use. In addition, Users acknowledge that access to this service may be suspended or terminated for any reason and without prior notice.

Automatic logout: For security reasons, Users will be logged out after five minutes of inactivity. They must sign back in to regain access.

User code and password protection: Users will be responsible for keeping their user code and password confidential at all times. Users should avoid telling anyone their user code and password. If they do so, they must assume the consequences.

Confirmation of identity: Users acknowledge that after initially setting up their access, MICA Capital is not required to confirm, upon each subsequent login, Users’ true identity or authority over the password and user code.

Transaction orders: Users agree not to use their client access to send transaction orders or other instructions to their representative or to MICA Capital, since their representative and MICA Capital cannot accept these instructions.

Emailing via the client access: In the interest of protecting your information, it is strongly recommended that Users avoid sending sensitive or confidential personal information by email.

Technical support: Users acknowledge that, should they have problems with or questions about the service, they may contact their representative or email MICA Capital’s technical support team at support@portailmica.com.

System requirements: Users accept responsibility for obtaining and maintaining their Internet access and the computer or other equipment necessary to access and use this service. They must also ensure they have the necessary software to open PDF documents.

In order to refer to, download or print documents, Users must have previously installed the following software program:

• Adobe Acrobat Reader 11.0 or later

Supported browsers:

• Internet Explorer 11 & Edge.
• Two latest versions of the following desktop browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari.
• Two latest versions of the following mobile browsers: Safari (on IOS only), Chrome, Firefox.
